Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Available for all orders
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Minimum order value: $50

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees
  • Delivery times may be longer due to customs processing
  • All international shipments include tracking

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our outdoor gear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Key Return Policy Points

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Shipping Costs: Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be within the 15-day return window
  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • BatteryGuard products (due to battery safety regulations)
  • Used camping gear (tents, sleeping bags, etc. that show signs of use)
  • Clearance items (marked as “final sale”)

Return Process

Follow these steps to return an item:

  1. Submit a Return Request: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. You may use our template below.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse (address provided in approval email). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  5. Receive Refund/Exchange: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Refund Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or different product):

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly state in your return request what you’d like instead
  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return

Note: If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange a free return label and expedite your replacement

International Returns

For customers outside the US:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
